Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Flagship at 695 Madison, NYC. You will ensure customer satisfaction, support Client Advisors to drive sales, maximize productivity, and enforce company procedures. The role reports to the Store Manager in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The candidate will own North America client data, lead initiatives to exceed business goals, supervise daily tasks, and train staff while maintaining top-tier visual and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years luxury retail management experience.
• Rich experience and knowledge in luxury.
• Responsibility & Ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own key client data and analytics for North America.
• Identify and implement strategies to reach business goals.
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales.
• Supervise and ensure daily goals of Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
• Train and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
• Maintain knowledge of back-of-house operations.
• Keep store manuals current (Operations, P&P, Product Knowledge).
• Ensure logs are current (Alterations, Transfers, outside repairs, Consignments, Safe Log).
• Support in implementing company initiatives in-store.
• Assist in managing sales, shrinkage, and controllable expenses including payroll.
