You will ensure customer satisfaction, support Client Advisors to drive sales, maximize productivity, and enforce company procedures. The role reports to the Store Manager in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The candidate will own North America client data, lead initiatives to exceed business goals, supervise daily tasks, and train staff while maintaining top-tier visual and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Own key client data and analytics for North America.

• Train and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
• Maintain knowledge of back-of-house operations.
• Keep store manuals current (Operations, P&P, Product Knowledge).
• Ensure logs are current (Alterations, Transfers, outside repairs, Consignments, Safe Log).
• Support in implementing company initiatives in-store.
• Assist in managing sales, shrinkage, and controllable expenses including payroll.

ROLE

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional permanent Assistant Store Manager career opportunity available at our Flagship 695 Madison boutique. The Assistant Store Manager will ensure customer satisfaction, support Client Advisors to drive sales, maximize productivity and profitability, and ensure compliance with company procedures within a store facility. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.

MISSION

• Own all client data and analytics for North America
• Helps to identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals.
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus.
• Supervise and follow-up daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
• Training and development of Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
• Working knowledge of all “back of house.”
• Ensure that all store manuals are current such as: Operations, P&P, Product Knowledge, Corporate & Store Phone Books, Marketing & Editorial.
• Ensure that all logs are current such as: Alterations, Transfers, outside repairs, Consignments, Safe Log.
• Ensures P&P of all Sales Audit tasks & requirements.
• Identify future opportunities and risks.
• Manage implementation & execution of all company initiatives within the store.
• Responsibility for assisting in management of sales, shrink, controllable expenses including payroll.
• Visual presentation, including planning, implementation/execution, adjustments and feedback on strategies.
• Compliance with Policies and Procedures in Store including dress guidelines.
• Assist Store Manager in the recruiting, retention, supervision, training and development of store personnel.

The salary rate for this role ranges from $120,000 - $130,000 and eligible for variable commission. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
