Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a permanent Assistant Store Manager for our Flagship 695 Madison boutique in New York. You will supervise Client Advisors, Cashiers and Support Staff, drive sales, and ensure adherence to company procedures, reporting directly to the Store Manager.

You will own client data analytics for North America, implement growth strategies, and oversee training while maintaining exemplary visual presentation and store operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years luxury retail management experience.
• Rich experience and knowledge in luxury.
• Responsibility & Ownership.
• Team Oriented.
• Proactive attitude and excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

• Own all client data and analytics for North America.
• Identify and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales.
• Supervise and follow-up daily goals and tasks of staff.
• Training and development of Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and back-of-house procedures.
