Four Seasons in New York invites an Assistant Store Manager to lead our new Madison Avenue flagship store. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, deliver exceptional service, mentor the team and maintain a premium brand experience on the sales floor.

You will develop long-term client relationships through personal shopping, styling advice and proactive clienteling while ensuring stock accuracy, visual merchandising and loss prevention align with our luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion or specialist retail.
• Strong clienteling and personal shopping skills.
• Retail leadership or management experience including coaching and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in day-to-day flagship operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Develop long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and personal styling.
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling guidance on the floor.
• Oversee scheduling, training and ongoing development of staff.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and high operational standards.
