ServiceNow seeks a Senior Manager, Content Strategy to shape how a 500-person global function presents itself at all-hands, executive forums, and customer events. The role blends ghostwriting, strategic advisory, and organizational storytelling to articulate the SVP's voice with precision across every touchpoint.

The candidate will partner with senior executives, maintain editorial standards, and lead change communications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of communications experience, with at least 3 years in an executive communications or speechwriting role supporting a VP-level or above executive
• Exceptional writing—clear, direct, adaptable across registers: executive email to long-form narrative to keynote remarks
• Experience developing organizational change communications; you understand how to land a difficult message with clarity and care
• Strong editorial judgment: you can identify what a piece is really saying and cut extraneous content
• Ability to capture and maintain an executive's voice across formats; requires deep listening and discretion
• Comfort with strategic business context — understand pipeline, QBRs, and go-to-market frameworks to write credibly
• Strong PowerPoint skills; capable of building compelling executive decks for distribution

Responsibilities

• SVP Executive Content: support content development on behalf of the SVP, including presentations, town halls, LinkedIn, and executive forums
• Internal Communications-EFM: own editorial calendar for all-hands, LT updates, town halls, and monthly newsletter; tie communications to the transformation narrative
• External Communications: draft keynote remarks, talking points, customer roundtables, and LinkedIn thought leadership; synthesize market context
• Content Calendar: maintain EFM communications calendar with the Chief of Staff; align to business calendar, products launches, and org changes
• Stakeholder Alignment: coordinate with Marketing Communications, CMO office, Internal Comms, and EFM Staff to ensure messaging harmony
• Change Communications: own the EFM transformation narrative, enable managers, and run the listening tour with the LT
