Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a reliable Flagger II to help manage traffic around active worksites. You’ll direct vehicles and pedestrians using hand signals and paddles, set up signs and safety equipment, and assist the Foreman with daily field tasks in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

To be 18 years of age or older.
Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
Valid State driver’s license (cannot be Provisional), with an acceptable driving record.
At least one year of previous flagging experience.

Responsibilities

Control traffic in and around more complex worksites with hand signs and paddles
Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers
Perform general construction work under direction of Foreman or Supervisor as needed
Train other flaggers when needed
Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies
Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines
Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment
Perform work in all weather conditions
Other duties as assigned
