Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Flagger II to manage traffic control at active worksites. You will assist with flagging duties, prepare signaling equipment, and support the foreman in general construction tasks. The role requires adherence to safety policies and DOT guidelines.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of flagging experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 18+ with authorization to work in the U.S. This position offers benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Valid State driver's license (not Provisional) with acceptable driving record
• At least one year of flagging experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Control traffic in and around complex worksites with hand signs and paddles
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers
• Perform general construction work under Foreman or Supervisor
• Train other flaggers when needed
• Drive safely and follow company driving policies
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
