Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Flagger II to help maintain safe travel in public work zones by assisting with traffic control and flagging duties. The role involves managing traffic around busy sites, preparing flags, cones, and markers, and supporting foremen with construction tasks.

You will drive safely, adhere to DOT guidelines, and perform work in all weather conditions while contributing to a safety‑first culture. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least one year of flagging experience.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic in and around complex worksites with hand signs and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction work under Foreman or Supervisor.
• Train other flaggers when needed.
• Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
