Responsibilities include controlling traffic with signs, preparing flags and markers, performing general construction tasks, training flaggers, and driving safely while following DOT guidelines. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid State driver's license (not provisional) with an acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of flagging experience.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic in and around more complex worksites with hand signs and paddles
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers
• Perform general construction work under direction of Foreman or Supervisor as needed
• Train other flaggers when needed
• Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
