Job summary

Primoris Gas Operations is seeking reliable Traffic Control Flaggers and Lead Flaggers to manage traffic in active construction zones and keep work areas safe, organized, and efficient. Position based out of Minnesota with projects across Wisconsin and possible overnight travel.

Qualifications include a valid driver''s license, clean driving record, Fed Med card, and (preferred) MnDOT/ATSSA flagger certification.

Responsibilities

• Control vehicular traffic through construction zones using stop/slow paddles and radios/AFAD devices.
• Set up and take down traffic control devices (cones, signs).
• Communicate clearly with crew members and the public.
• Remain alert to changing traffic and work zone conditions.
• Follow all safety policies and state/local regulations.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately.

Q3 Contracting is hiring dependable, safety-focused Traffic Control Flaggers and Lead Flaggers to help protect our crews and the traveling public. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing traffic through active construction zones and ensuring work areas remain safe, organized, and efficient.This position is based out of our Minnesota office and supports projects located throughout Wisconsin.
