Job summary

Primoris Gas Operations, including Q3 Contracting, ARB, Primoris Distribution Services, Snelson and Pipejacking Trenchless, has decades of experience in the natural gas distribution industry. We are hiring Traffic Control Flaggers and Lead Flaggers to help protect crews and the traveling public by managing traffic through active construction zones.

Based out of our Minnesota office, this full-time role supports projects across Wisconsin with some overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record.
• Fed Med card.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Excellent communication skills.
• MnDOT or ATSSA flagger certification preferred (in-house training available).
• Previous flagging experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of vehicular traffic through construction zones using stop/slow paddles and 2-way radios or AFAD devices.
• Set up and take down traffic control devices (cones, signs, etc.).
• Communicate clearly with crew members and the public.
• Remain alert and attentive to changing traffic and work zone conditions.
• Follow all company safety policies and state/local traffic control regulations.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately.
