Responsibilities

• Monitor operational systems used by the Fixed-Term team, empowering and serving Partners and Workers.
• Track program metrics such as onboarding, employment status, and MTD status.
• Coordinate routine tasks such as funds transfers, employment changes, and program execution.
• Maintain shared documents, forms, and tracking sheets (CRM, Parameters, FTE, B&P).
• Facilitate communication between Fixed-Term, Central departments, Partners, and Workers.
• Support weekly/monthly/annual operational rhythms and deadlines (e.g., I-9 verification, employment paperwork).
