Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Fixed Operations Consultant in Philadelphia to help drive dealership performance through data-driven analysis and actionable plans across service lanes and operations. You will collaborate with account management to deliver targeted improvements and manage dealer relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities include leading diagnosis, developing coaching and pricing strategies, and ensuring successful implementation with the Field team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in dealership or automotive service operations
• Project management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Management and other Operational roles on diagnosis, analysis, and action plans to improve dealership performance.
• Create implementation plans, present findings and work with dealership management to gain support, change behavior and drive results.
• Build relationships at all levels of the dealership to implement change.
• Develop and improve operational solutions with Regional Operational Managers and the extended team.
• Communicate analyses and strategic plans to management and dealership teams.
• Participate in regional meetings and leverage centralized resources as needed.
• Implement Dealer Tire solutions that match dealership needs and maximize opportunity.
• Manage activity tracking and account information in Salesforce.
