Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a Fixed Operations Consultant to drive operational excellence at partner dealerships in the United States. You’ll diagnose gaps, develop action plans, and present findings to dealership leadership to drive performance improvements.

You’ll collaborate with regional teams, implement Dealer Tire solutions, and manage activity in Salesforce while maintaining strong dealer relationships and clear communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience may be required.
• Minimum 5 years of dealership or automotive service operations experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Meet the requirements of Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Management and other Operational roles on diagnosis, analysis, and action plans.
• Create implementation plans and present findings to dealership management.
• Build relationships at all dealership levels to implement change.
• Develop and improve operational solutions with regional managers and teams.
• Communicate analyses and strategic plans to management and operational teams.
• Submit timely update reports, itineraries and expense reports to management.
