Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Fixed Operations Field Specialist to drive Express Service adoption across dealership networks. You will assess capacity, train teams, and coach dealers to maximize throughput, sales and revenue while delivering a superior customer experience.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%), strong analytical skills, and proven ability to influence dealer staff. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in automotive Fixed Operations, with Express Service or Quick Lube background.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and influence dealership personnel.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting KPIs and Repair Order data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage extensive travel.
• Confidence in engaging with all levels of dealership staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Home base within assigned territory and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel up to 80% (driving and flights, with overnights).
• High school diploma or GED is required.
