Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of dealership or aftermarket management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• OEM dealers contact experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and sustain the Express Maintenance program.
• Dealership express consultations as outlined in the program.
• Dealer remote and in-dealer classroom training as per curriculum.
• Dealership staff on-the-job training as outlined in the program.
• Dealer phone follow-up support.
• Monthly field detail reports submission; weekly timecards and expenses.
