U.S. Bank seeks an experienced professional to support inside-sales and relationship management, helping clients make smarter financial decisions and grow business.

You will build cross-line relationships, present banking solutions, and ensure accurate processing of client transactions in a high-volume environment. This role emphasizes identifying service opportunities, improving processes, and adhering to internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically seven to nine years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations.
• Strong marketing and business development/sales skills.
• Well-developed negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Effective interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with U.S. Treasuries/Fixed Income.

Responsabilités

• Builds and maintains relationships across business lines to support seamless transaction processing and account management.
• Contributes to business growth by supporting client needs and promoting bank products and capabilities.
• Identifies opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.
• Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients about benefits of using the bank’s products and services.
