Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong marketing and business development/sales skills.
• Well-developed negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines.
• Effective interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with U.S. Treasuries/Fixed Income.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains effective working relationships across business lines to support seamless transaction processing and account management.
• Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.
• Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization’s products and services to meet their needs.
• Coordinates closely with internal partners to facilitate trade execution, resolve operational issues, and support a high-volume transaction environment.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen client and partner outcomes.
