Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of Fixed Income Operations, Middle Office, Trade Support, or Capital Markets Operations experience preferred.
• Experience with trade settlement, reconciliation, client servicing, and fail management is desirable.
• Advanced Excel data analysis and reconciliation skills.
• Familiarity with Fixed Income market structure and settlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Fixed Income Trading and Sales desks across multiple products and client segments.
• Perform trade validation, allocation, matching, and post-execution processing.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and settlement exceptions.
• Monitor trade lifecycle events to ensure accurate processing through settlement.
• Conduct daily reconciliations across trading, settlement, and accounting platforms.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies related to trades, positions, and client reporting.
• Support onboarding and setup of client accounts, counterparties, and settlement instructions.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to drive timely settlement and issue resolution.
• Produce and distribute daily P&L and management reporting.
