Santander is seeking an Analyst for the Fixed Income Middle Office in Miami to provide front-to-back operational support for the Fixed Income business. You will act as a critical link between Trading, Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology to ensure accurate trade processing and timely settlement.

The role covers pre-trade and post-trade activities while contributing to efficiency initiatives and regulatory compliance across the product suite.

Competenze

1-3 years of experience within Fixed Income Operations, Middle Office, Trade Support, or Capital Markets Operations.
Experience supporting fixed income products and trade lifecycle management preferred.
Knowledge of trade settlement, reconciliation processes, trade support, fail management, and client servicing is highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reconciliation functions.
Experience with Bloomberg, TOMS, Broadridge Impact, or similar platforms preferred.

Mansioni

Provide day-to-day support to Fixed Income Trading and Sales desks across multiple products and client segments.
Perform trade validation, allocation, matching, and post-execution trade processing.
Investigate and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and settlement exceptions in a timely manner.
Monitor trade lifecycle events to ensure accurate processing through settlement.
Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies related to trades, allocations, positions, and client reporting.
