Raymond James & Associates Fixed Income Capital Markets seeks a meticulous Fixed Income Operations Advisor to coordinate client and account needs, reporting, daily activities, and special projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 to 12 months general experience in financial services or securities operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Fixed Income operational activities, including client setup, account maintenance, reporting, and special projects.
• Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance, including reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate status updates and operational needs to Sales Representatives and internal partners.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports, trackers, and operational summaries.
• Review client and account information for first-line audit and supervisory review requirements.
• Support due diligence and regulatory information requests with proper documentation.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution with the appropriate teams.
• Participate in cross-training and learning opportunities within Fixed Income operations.
• Support process improvements and continuity of operations.
