Job summary

Chandler Asset Management, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support fixed income trade settlement, cash management, and data integrity.

You will handle trade lifecycle activities, ensure accurate processing, and collaborate with custodians and internal teams to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in fixed income operations, with hands-on Bloomberg AIM, SWIFT, and DTCC experience, plus strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years in fixed income trade operations, settlements, or finance.
• Hands-on experience with Bloomberg AIM, SWIFT, DTCC, and ALERT preferred; Excel/MS Office essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage full trade lifecycle for fixed income securities: capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation.
• Process trades through Bloomberg AIM and coordinate settlement using SWIFT, DTCC, CTM, and Alert.
• Monitor trade activity, resolve settlement issues, coordinate with custodians and brokers.
• Support daily cash management: funding trades, balance monitoring, cash forecasting, settlements.
