Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2-6 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Strong risk management and control mindset.

• Ability to multi-task in a high-intensity environment.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build cross-divisional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level control and escalation with Trading and Sales.
• Ensure trade bookings reflect in risk systems and tie out with counterparties.
• Verify trades are booked and confirmed across systems with traders and brokers.
• Serve as intermediary between Trading and Controllers, Settlements, and Confirmations.
• Follow current controls and drive IT/projects improvements.
• Analyze ambiguous issues and deliver concrete results.
• Understand risk implications of fixed income operations.
• Participate in the U.S. Treasury Auction process.
• Collaborate with trading desk, sales, and operations for proper processing and reporting.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and escalate issues timely.
• Support on issues and escalate to senior management as needed.
