The role sits in the Operations division, coordinating with business units to support transactions, control processes and client relationships. You'll execute complex processes, recognize risks, train others, share knowledge across the firm and resolve intricate queries with desks

Responsibilities

• Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks and/or projects in a Team Lead capacity.
• Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and leverage detailed knowledge to propose changes in process.
• Train others, allocate tasks and support with first line escalation where required.
• Share expert knowledge across the team, contribute to team output and development, building relationships across the Firm.
• Investigate and resolve complex queries through various means, including daily interaction with key stakeholders such trading desks, sales desks and clearing groups.
• Maintain high focus on internal and external reconciliations to ensure the trading desk has the correct position to avoid any profit and loss discrepancies.
