Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Trade Support professional to assist Traders and Financial Advisors by correcting trades and ensuring accurate processing in a regulated environment. This role emphasizes attention to detail and autonomy, with daily reporting responsibilities and collaboration across departments.

You will monitor compliance-relevant trade activity, generate balancing and P&L reports, and manage fixed income invoices and master agreements, contributing to the firm’s client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience in financial or banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Traders and Financial Advisors, primarily correcting trades.
• Work with other departments to resolve back office issues, including contacting other brokerage firms on comparison discrepancies.
• Monitor regulatory websites taking corrective action or manually report trades as needed. This includes working daily with compliance on reporting issues.
• Provide Traders daily reports for balancing and P&L details.
• Process and maintain all fixed income invoices and master agreements.
