Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Baltimore is seeking an Associate in ISG Fixed Income Operations to enable front-to-back execution of trading and structured deals. You will execute complex processes, coordinate with a Team Manager, and manage risks and projects within the team.

You will train others, share knowledge across the firm, investigate and resolve complex queries with trading desks, sales desks and clearing groups, and maintain reconciliations to ensure accurate positions and avoid P&L discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to coordinate processes and manage risks within fixed income operations.
• Ability to train team members and escalate where needed.
• Strong communication with trading desks, sales desks and clearing groups.
