Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments in Boston seeks a Business Support Analyst to provide operating and technical support to the North America fixed income platform, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient investment operations.

You will design and implement policies, support tax-exempt and CLO teams, manage reconciliations, onboarding, and performance reporting, and help deploy system enhancements and new applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking to inform senior management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement fixed income investment policies and workflows.
• Support tax-exempt and CLO investment teams with day‑to‑day operations.
• Provide performance reporting support, onboarding coordination, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk to maintain efficient processes.
• Manage small to medium-size projects to develop practical solutions.
• Maintain book of work across investment platforms and track requests.
