This position requires a dynamic person who will enjoy a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to quickly build expertise across multiple disciplines within the asset management business.How you'll spend your time...Design, document, and implement fixed income investment policies, procedures, and workflows that promote operational consistency, reflect best practices, and satisfy applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.Serve as a primary business support resource for the tax-exempt and CLO investment teams, helping ensure day-to-day investment operations run effectively. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
