Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is looking for a Business Support Analyst to aid the North America fixed income platform. The role requires a dynamic, fast-paced professional who can support operations, implement policies, and drive efficiency across multiple disciplines within asset management.

You will partner with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management and other stakeholders to streamline processes and provide business support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement fixed income investment policies and workflows.
• Support tax-exempt and CLO investment teams with daily operations.
• Collaborate with Internal teams to improve operating processes and respond to changes.
• Support technology needs including Aladdin and system enhancements.
• Manage small to medium projects delivering practical solutions.
