This position requires a dynamic person who will enjoy a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to quickly build expertise across multiple disciplines within the asset management business.**How you'll spend your time...*** Design, document, and implement fixed income investment policies, procedures, and workflows that promote operational consistency, reflect best practices, and satisfy applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.* Serve as a primary business support resource for the tax-exempt and CLO investment teams, helping ensure day-to-day investment operations run effectively.
