Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments seeks a Business Support Analyst to join our North America fixed income team. This role provides operating and technical support, helping ensure day-to-day investment operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You will design and implement policies, coordinate onboarding, reconciliations, and reporting, and collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to enhance processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects concurrently.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement fixed income investment policies and workflows.
• Support tax-exempt and CLO investment teams with operations and reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding, reconciliations, issue resolution and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk to streamline processes.
• Manage small to medium-size projects delivering practical solutions.
