Job summary

Coolabah Capital Investments is a global fixed-income investor seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Operations Analyst in Miami to support settlement, trade processing and regulatory reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with industry-standard systems, reporting to the Global Head of Middle Office in Sydney.

The successful candidate will handle trade processing, reconciliations, collateral management, onboarding with counterparties, and regulatory reporting,

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in fund or custody operations or middle office role.
• Advanced Excel is mandatory.
• VBA coding is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Global trade processing and settlements for fixed income and derivatives.
• Daily trade reconciliations across asset classes and counterparties.
• Comprehensive daily collateral reconciliations including margin calls and valuation adjustments.
• Manage multiple daily deadlines, especially regulatory reporting timelines.
• Resolve queries with custodians and counterparties.
• Ensure integrity of static data and onboarding with counterparties.
• Handover between Coolabah locations and instruction processing with maker-checker controls.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and related reconciliation processes.
