A global financial institution is seeking an experienced Fixed Income Trading Technology Implementation Lead to own functional design, architecture, and execution for an international derivatives trading platform transformation. This position requires deep fixed income and OTC derivatives knowledge, strong functional architecture capabilities, and demonstrated ownership of complex trading technology implementations. The individual will work with stakeholders across trading, risk, operations, finance, and technology to extend an established trading platform, support additional booking capabilities, and establish effective front-to-back processes and long-term operational support. The role involves significant project authority and cross-functional leadership without direct people-management responsibilities.
