• Proven experience building and operating front-office trading platforms at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technology initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong architectural, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Equities electronic trading, DMA, algorithmic trading, or smart order routing.
• Exchange connectivity and low-latency infrastructure.
• Kafka, Aeron, KDB+, Redis, Python, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience leading global engineering teams and large‑scale platform transformations.
• Experience driving adoption of AI‑assisted engineering practices across the SDLC to improve developer productivity, software quality, and delivery speed.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered development platforms, agent‑driven workflows, and engineering automation at scale.
