Job summary

State Street seeks a Functional Application Support Specialist to provide technical support for CRD customers in Fixed Income and Derivatives. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate client needs into actionable feedback and solutions.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, delivering user guidance and training, and investigating complex problems including third-party integrations while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; MBA preferred; SIE/CFA Foundations desirable.
• Medium to advanced fixed income instruments derivative product knowledge; understands Trade Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as central support representative for Fixed Income and Derivatives with Product and Engineering collaboration.
• Diagnose issues, resolve inquiries, deliver user guidance and training.
