Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience required.
• Experience with fixed assets and vehicle-related payables preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/GL software (Sage Intacct or similar).
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for fixed assets and vehicle purchases; verify against PO/receipts.
• Maintain fixed asset and vehicle payable transactions in the GL.
• Reconcile asset and vehicle accounts monthly; resolve discrepancies.
• Track and close project-based fixed asset accounts upon completion.
• Support asset/vehicle analytics and management reporting; assist audits.
