Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant accounting experience or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five years of professional experience in accounting related to plant funds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Plant Accounting Management team.
• Manages monthly reconciliations of plant funds.
• Monitors plant asset disposals/acquisitions for depreciation.
• Ensures timely monthly drawdowns/invoicing for bond capital projects.
• Ensures accurate financial reporting of federally owned equipment.
• Leads fiscal year-end close and related financial statement footnotes.
