Select Water Solutions is seeking a Fixed Assets Accounting Coordinator in Alabama. The role supports routine accounting functions for fixed assets and assists with financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. You will handle data entry, GL maintenance, and transaction verification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and accounting software packages.
• Knowledgeable in GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a documented system of accounting entries.
• Performs routine accounting activities such as data entry and general ledger maintenance.
• Reviews, codes, and verifies transactions including billings, invoices, checks, and journal entries.
• Ensure internal controls are followed to protect the Company.
• Assist in audits and coordinate responses to issues.
