Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and IFRS related to fixed assets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s fixed asset register with data integrity.
• Calculate and record monthly depreciation for all fixed assets.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset reports.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize asset utilization.
• Develop and implement fixed asset policies and procedures.
• Conduct impairment reviews for intangible assets.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist auditors in inquiries.
• Support budgeting with fixed asset information.
• Participate in special projects and additional duties as required.
