Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is hiring for a leadership role in fixed asset accounting. The position oversees analysts across U.S. brands, driving accurate capitalization, month-end closes, and reporting.

You will partner with Brand Finance, FP&A and auditors to ensure strong internal controls and compliant processes. The role supports a hybrid schedule with in-office days at core locations and remote work, and requires deep experience in fixed asset accounting, SAP, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting/operational experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in accounting or related fields.
• Deep understanding of capitalization rules as defined in the Global AD Accounting manual.
• Experience in SAP, Coupa, Service Channel and project systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the team of analysts responsible for all fixed asset accounting activities across all U.S brands.
• Ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close for fixed assets.
• Partners with Brand Finance leads to support budgeting and forecasts for fixed asset activities.
• Maintain accounting principles and procedures, and coach team members.
