Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant in Tampa, FL to support fixed asset accounting and capital project reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee fixed asset lifecycle, maintain ledgers and depreciation, monitor CWIP, and prepare KPI reports for senior management. A bachelor’s degree in accounting and 4–6 years’ experience are expected; SAP and Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA/CMA preferred or in progress.
• 4–6 years progressive accounting experience focused on fixed assets and capital projects.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred) and solid accounting controls knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Solid US GAAP and IFRS understanding with SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle including capitalization, disposals, transfers and write-offs.
• Maintain fixed asset ledger, depreciation, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor CWIP and classify/capitalize capital projects with stakeholders.
• Coordinate physical asset inventories and resolve variances.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc KPI reports for senior finance.
