Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification or active progress toward certification preferred.
• 4–6 years of fixed asset accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete fixed asset lifecycle, capitalization, disposals, transfers, and write-offs per GAAP/IFRS.
• Prepare monthly KPI analyses and financial reports for management and finance teams.
• Support audits, internal controls, and SOX compliance for fixed assets and capital projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor capital spending and asset activities.
