Responsibilities

• Draw funds from State for capital projects using CORE and Workday.
• Record draws and reconcile project balances in CORE; monitor OSC-011/019 reports.
• Approve invoices and purchase orders for capital projects, bonds and leases with proper worktags.
• Record entries to fixed assets system and general ledger for plant funds.
• Ensure timely bond payments of principal and interest; pursue federal subsidies.
• Request and post internal transfers related to bond payments.
• Process accruals for bond interest and subsidies.
