Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience using an integrated financial system similar to Workday.
• 2+ years of professional accounting experience including journal entries and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Draw funds from the State for State-funded capital projects using CORE and Workday.
• Record draws and reconcile project balances in CORE.
• Approve invoices and purchase orders for capital projects, bonds, and leases with correct worktags.
