Sammons Financial Group in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Sales Support Associate to assist fixed annuity sales through inbound calls, product illustrations, and agent education. You will drive opportunities, manage leads, and coordinate with sales teams to meet growth goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years’ relevant work experience in insurance industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and support sales by answering inbound calls from agents and distribution partners assisting with running product illustrations, ordering supplies, education of product offerings and promotions as well as other inquiries and requests.
• Demonstrate a proactive sales focus by recognizing and capitalizing on sales opportunities during each call.
• Proactively make outbound calls to agents and distributors, promoting company products and driving sales, as inbound call volumes allow.
• Partner with sales development teams by recognizing and entering opportunities in salesforce so sales reps can follow-up with agents/distribution partners to close the sale.
• Enter and work new leads, per guidelines, to recruit new agents to hit growth goals.
• Assist the field with website registration, navigation and technical support questions; coordinate with IT for resolutions.
• Establish and cultivate marketing relationships with agents and distribution partners to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in a energetic, supportive team environment to meet/exceed goals in a high performance culture.
• Maintain and promote a positive image of the team, department and company; lead by Sammons First approach.
• Collaborate with team and sales leaders to share ideas on products, processes and service levels.
• Establish and cultivate sales relationships to meet recruiting and production goals.
• Proactively increase knowledge of fixed annuity industry and competitor offerings.
• Strive to meet daily call goals set by department manager; target 95%+ achievement.
