Qualifications

• Experience supporting fixed annuity sales is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and promote products.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support sales by answering inbound calls from agents and distribution partners.
• Demonstrate a proactive sales focus by recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities during each call.
• Proactively make outbound calls to agents and distributors to promote company products.
• Enter opportunities in Salesforce to aid sales reps in closing business.
• Recruit new agents by entering leads and following current guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve website registration and technical support questions.
• Build marketing relationships to help achieve sales goals.
• Share feedback on products, processes and service levels with team and leadership.
• Maintain positive image of team and company; lead by Sammons First.
• Aim to meet daily call goals of 95% or higher.
