Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead for Five9 to design, configure, and deliver Five9 Intelligent CX solutions for our CX Platforms practice. You will translate business needs into scalable contact center solutions and guide engineers through build, integration, and deployment.

You will act as a client-facing technical advisor, partnering with account and solutioning teams to demonstrate capabilities, support proofs of concept, and assist with scoping and effort estimation as

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CCaaS implementation experience.
• Hands-on Five9 configuration across IVR, ACD, routing, and campaigns.
• Experience building integrations using Five9 APIs and CRM/UC connectors.
• Ability to advise stakeholders and support pre-sales activities (demos, PoCs, estimation).
• Strong design skills and ability to lead engineers in executing against it.
• Familiarity with Five9 reporting, analytics, and WFO capabilities.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and data formats (JSON, XML, REST).
• Strong written and verbal communication, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Five9 solution design and architecture for TELUS Digital clients.
• Configure and implement Five9 across voice, digital, and outbound channels.
• Design and build integrations using Five9 APIs, CRM/UC connectors.
• Provide technical direction to engineers and lead SIT/UAT/go-live activities.
• Mentor engineers and contribute reusable assets to the Five9 practice.
