Job summary

TELUS Digital in the United States is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead for Five9 within the CX Platforms practice. This role will design, configure, and deliver Five9 Intelligent CX solutions, translating business requirements into scalable contact center architectures and guiding engineers through build, integration, and deployment.

Beyond hands-on delivery, you will act as a customer-facing technical advisor on Five9 platform capabilities, collaborating with account teams to demonstrate

Qualifications

5+ years of CCaaS implementation experience with Five9.
Experience designing and delivering Five9 integrations with CRM/UC connectors.
Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical design of Five9 solutions, aligning with best practices and TELUS Digital delivery standards.
Configure and implement Five9 Intelligent CX solutions across voice, digital, and outbound channels.
Design and build integrations using Five9 APIs and connectors to CRM/UC platforms.
Lead and mentor engineers, review configurations, and support SIT/UAT/go-live.
Provide technical direction and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
