Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Principal Technical Project Manager to join our Solutions team. This is a remote opportunity with some client site travel requirements in the United States.

You will manage delivery for NICE CXone initiatives and lead cross-functional teams through design, deployment, and delivery support in a client-facing setting. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in project management within consulting, strong cloud telephony platform experience (Genesys PureCloud, Five9, Amazon

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience delivering transformation programs and large enterprise client projects.
• Experience guiding projects with executive sponsorship and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with multiple implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Manage overall delivery relationship with assigned program / project clients.
• Provide technical expertise and project status to senior stakeholders.
• Lead implementation of large enterprise projects and smaller programs (3–50 people).
• Set up program management functions: communication plans, meetings, tracking, escalation.
• Deliver weekly status reports and drive client satisfaction.
• Develop project financial dashboards and monitor revenue projections.
• Identify risks and implement actions to minimize impact.
• Review invoices for accuracy and manage work plans.
