Job summary

TELUS Digital, the digital division of TELUS, seeks a delivery leader for Forward Deployed Squads to drive digital innovation in CX Operations. You will partner with Architects, AI Engineers, Designers, and product researchers to ideate, discover, and implement scalable CX solutions for major accounts.

You will own the POC-to-Pilot lifecycle, align with executive stakeholders, and help extend successful pilots across additional clients and verticals while maintaining a strong client-service

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software development project leadership in a client services setting.
Experience leading Fortune 500 custom software projects from discovery through deployment.
Proven ability to manage complex scope and multiple external stakeholders.
Comfort with AI tools and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary squads including Solution Architects, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers to deliver CX Operations solutions.
Partner with CX Operations leadership and TELUS Digital program leadership to align initiatives.
Own POC-to-Pilot lifecycle and scale successful solutions across accounts or verticals.
Ensure squads focus on measurable outcomes and track progress with stakeholders.
